The Vivaldi Ensemble gave its first performance on August 15, 2020, on the day of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, on the festival “Harmony above the waters” and they play a leading role in the region in terms of age-appropriate interpretation practices, guiding the musical life of the Benedictine Abbey of Tihany. The Ensemble place great emphasis on the authenticity of the given genre, especially baroque and classical music on period instruments.
